2. What strength should I use?
If you have never used CBD oil before, we recommend that you start with a low intensity of 1000ml/30mg and take half of one dose. If you feel like you need a stronger effect, you can increase to a full dose or increase the intensity to 2000 or 3000mg/30ml.
